Among Us sends you on a covert space mission. In this multiplayer title, players assume the roles of crew members aboard a spaceship or space station. Your objectives depend on the role you’re randomly assigned: Crewmate or Impostor.
The Mission of Each Role
As a Crewmate, you must complete tasks spread across the map while trying to identify any Impostors. Tasks usually involve repairing or maintaining ship systems. Stay alert for signs of foul play, report any discovered bodies, and participate in meetings. Crewmates win by finishing all tasks or voting out every Impostor.
If you’re chosen as an Impostor, your aim is to remove Crewmates without being detected. You can fake tasks, sabotage ship systems, and move through vents (or holes) to reposition stealthily. Impostors sow confusion and mistrust to carry out eliminations while avoiding suspicion.
How to Maneuver
Control your character to move around the base using the arrow keys. Additional action buttons appear in the lower-right corner of the screen to perform tasks, report bodies, call meetings, or use special abilities.
